113773, Tuning and design software

Are there any relatively cheap(no more than $150) modeling programs that can give a round about idea for making tuned intakes and exhaust etc..? It doesnt need to be fancy or anything but the fancier the better ;-) TIA

I already have this free CADD software, edge something or other. I was also looking for a very basic thermodynamics and such(contradiction) program for tuning intakes and exhaust, maybe figure out power gains etc...
