I'm not exactly sure if this would be the right place to post this, so if not, then feel free to move it. none-the-less...
I just got the Dyno2000 software, and i guess i wasn't ready for how intricate it would get... I've found a good majority of the information, but i was wondering if anyone could lead me in the right direction of getting the oem specs so i could properly find a better tune for my car. Thanks
(if it makes any difference, the only mods on my car are a V2 and a ebay canister on the tailpipe)

Try either the ancient post with all this info (look up) or the main site. The hardest stuff is the flow files, you need to find someone who’s flowed one of these heads for that. Congratulations on purchasing yet another thing to occupy all your time at work and eventually get you fired.

Here are the files I've got.

.dyn files are files that you'd actually open in the program. .cam files are cam files of course. You'll see 420A_##.dyn, the number is the crane cam, while the others will say 420A_crower3.dyn.

PS, you'll have to download the cam files and save them in the same directory for it to pull them up whenever you open a .dyn file.

I dont know why, but when I open that 420A_stock.dyn in my DYNO2000 I get wrong horsepower and torque figures, like it overestimates. Messing with the valve-seat measurement helps but other than that it seems wrong, someone needs to flow these heads.

Cam specs are seat-to-seat, that'll make a huge difference.
Specs:
Bore = 3.445" (87.50mm) Stroke = 3.268" (83.00mm)
4-valve head, stock ports
Intake Valve = 1.358" (34.50mm) Exhaust Valve = 1.161 (29.50mm)
Compression = 9.6
252 cfm @1.5 inHG, Sequential-Fire Injection (I typically under-estimate) 49mm TB = 252 cfm 52mm TB = 283 cfm 55mm TB = 317 cfm 60mm TB = 377 cfm
Exhaust is your choice, depends on hour setup, I have a header (Large tube header with muffler)
Cam: Lifter = Roller Seat-to-Seat timing
