check your map sensor. may be not functioning properly.

My map sensor was bad and gave me erratic idling and stalling at idle, as well as fuel cut at 4k rpm.

Its hard to explain but i'll try. Locate where your throttle body is. Now...go to the passenger's side of the intake manifold, and it is a small black sensor that is bolted to the intake manifold.

Get a voltometer and measure the voltage between the yellow wire i believe and ground wire (black wire). There are three wires going into the map sensor harness.

Turn your key to the ON position...dont turn your car on yet. and see what voltage you get. You should get very littel voltage. If it reads 4.79 or higher immediately, then its bad.

Then turn your car on and leave at idle. Your voltage should again not be close to 4.79

He's got a 4G63, Kiku. His MAP sensor isn't quite as important as ours.. just a reference signal.

Things you may want to check:
Adjustment on your BISS
The honeycombs in your MAS
Look for boost leaks
Check the dumptube for your BOV.. is it connected or leaking?

...and this would probably be better in the 1g/4G63 section :-)

I just had kinda the same problem on mine. I found out it was my MAS cause the dataloger kept reading it at 2.0. Try tapping the top of your MAS and if the idles gets even rougher, its for sure to be your MAS. hiope it helps
