I know I need to remove the tranny and all that good stuff, so does anyone have a lil list of the tools that will come in handy, I just want to prepare a check list so that I don't run into prblems along the way. Thanks

torque wrench, flywheel holder tool.. or a big screwdriver works.. but i bought the fw tool, assorted wrenches and sockets, impact is nice.. make sure u have something to rest the engine on since it only has one mount

also the clutch alignment tool and loctite for the clutch bolts. oh and grease for the TB.

Isn't that only for non-modular clutches? 2gnt = modular

Yeah, on the modular clutches, you just ned some loctite for the bolts that attach the flaex plate off the crank to the clutch housing. Other than that, once the tranny's out, you can just reach in and pull it out by hand. Then just set the new one back in.
Get a new throwout bearing though. They run about $45 at local Satan. Bob Kise probably can do better...

an 18mm, 6-side wrench for the flexplate -> flywheel bolts. You don't want to use a 12 side on them and risk rounding them off.
a pry bar for the axles. The bigger the better.
New throwout bearing is a must, and should come with the clutch.
If your master or slave cylinder is leaking, now is the time to replace it / them.
New transaxle fluid. Dealership only. Says "For the NV-T350" on the bottle. Need 2 quarts.
Another set of hands, to help you actually lower the trans out of the engine bay when the last bolt comes out.
Other than that, just your standard stuff - metric sockets, metric wrenches, jackstands, a pan..
...and with that, to "Things...." with you!
