My clutch fluid is mysteriously disappearing in my 1995 Talon ESi. It only has 35000km (so it's in quite a good condition! :) ). Where is all my fluid going??? I don't see any drips or leaks when I look under the car. It's leaking to a point where I need to refill it almost everyday! x(

right before my clutch blew up it would die when i pushed in on the pedal coming to a stop. After it litterally shattered i took it to a shop and they looked at it. There was no fluid in the resivoir. So they opened up my clutch housing and guess what spilled out all over everywhere...thats right...a ish load of clutch fluid. it seems somehow there was a leak and it all leaked into my clutch housing...corroded and rusted my clutch and it shattered. It may not be that bad but if u cant find ur fluid it could be there. HAHA i hope im wrong.

Hey that is what is happening to me.
I made a post about it.
My car made a loud rattling noise when I started it one morning and checked the fluid when i got to work and nothing so I added some brake fluid to it
How much did it cost you to get everything fixed and what all did you get??

might be time to rebuild your master cylinder. or there could be a problem with the slave cylinder. Just look around for leaks.

hey bro i got a 95 ESI also. last month my clutch fluid dissappeared and it turns out the master cylinder had a leak. all over the floor by the steering boot. That has to be it, or the slave cylinder. i just kep filling it up, until i get $80 to by the part and do it myself..........

Make sure it's not leaking down the inside of the firewall, under the carpeting...

it only cost me $650 cause i had a neighbor's friend do it. another shop wanted $2000 to do it!!!!! HAHA, helllll no. But i just got a normal clutch even though i wanted to order a centerforce but i couldnt be w/o my baby for 4 days.

Look under the steering wheel. Your probably leaking from your clutch master cylinder. You will know right away.
If it is the master cylinder you can buy a rebuild kit instead of a new master cylinder. You can get them at most parts stores. I got mine from checker auto parts for 6.50. It comes w/ everything you need.
Chances are it is leaking from one of the o rings around the piston in the master cylinder. It only takes like 30 min to do it.
