I know some of the basics on turboing my 99 gs but i want to know what all to buy and how much to save up to buy it all.

I am not sure that anyone on here could answer that question. Sure we have all turbo'ed our cars, but how to turbo yours? hmmmmmm...

....or, like the op said, buy a hahn kit/read how to make your own kit.

You'll probably need about $4k-ish or more.
