Why are you replacing the cat? If there's nothing wrong with yours, leave it alone and spend the money on a better muffler. The best value in exhaust for all but the boosted of heavily-built NA 2GNTs remains the 2G GST catback or rear section.
I used to run a Pacesetter 4-2-1 header into a 33" Cherry Bomb glasspack in place of the cat into stock piping into a GST rear section. It was loud as hell. Swapping to stock exhaust manifold/downpipe plus a stock cat and GST catback, the car sounds better than it ever has. (And we're talking almost 11 years.)
You can also make the stock muffler from a 3G work from what I've seen. Cheap, deep, and easy. Just some other options. Exhaust isn't going to give you gobs of power on one of these cars, so I say get the look and a better sound for the best price.

I need a new cat because there is a Flowmaster resonator there. I'm probably going to move it back and I want the Vibrant because I've heard good things about them, also, its flat black and looks badass..
I probably should have mentioned I already have an exhaust on there.
