108769, starting to get angry (fuel) Posted by talonesiracing, May-25-08 04:41 PM
Alright I'm attaching a link to a picture of my fuel set up. Hopefully it will help. I can't really imagine there being a blockage within the fuel line in between the rail and the fpr.

that doesn't make sense at all. If the line's pressurized, you should get fuel everywhere in your lines. Anything obstructing fuel flow that you know of? check the lines. also, why didn't you run the line on the test port... you'll find the problem.
try priming your fuel pump about 5 times, then check that line going to your fpr. You should have a nice surprise. lol

Yeah thats what I thought too. I have probably primed that thing 5 times each time I've been home to work on it and thats at least once a weekend for the past month. I even took the line off the rail just to make sure fuel was coming out and it did. I'm just really stumped on what to do.

you need to explain that fuel rail. What is the inlet? did you weld a fitting to the rail or are you trying to feed fuel through the return barb?

http://www.2gnt.com/graphics/95%20fmu%20set%20up%202.bmp (I would do it this way) From your picture it doesn't look like you even have fuel going into the rail. I would do it the last way just because it would be the easiest. Those are just a few ways that I drew up that you could plumb an fmu into your fuel set up for the 95 fuel rail.

I think I may have my feed and return on the rail swapped. I'm going to try some stuff this weekend to see if I can fix it.
