Suppose I had a fully built bottom end and top end and the Emanage. Would I need any other sort of engine management to run this motor?
My situation is this, my motor is in the need of a rebuilding and I was looking into buy a bottom end and top end and I have the Emanage. And before I do this build I needed to know if there was anything else I needed to be able to run the motor. Thanks for your time and help. PS. I tried searching but I am terrible at that sort of thing.

your question is too vauge. what are your plans? turbo? nitrous? all motor? your engine management is based upon what you intend on doing.

My mistake I was typing in a hurry. As of right now I am looking at the Howell Short Block 2.2 Stroker and a typical top end build(havent found the one i want yet) and do not plan on nitrous right now or possibly ever, Right now I currently have a T3/T4 Turbo external waste gate Front Mount BOV 255lph fuel pump Fuel Pressure Regulator Fuel Rail 525cc injectors Emanage Profec E-01 Boost Controller Stage 3 Clutch
I am also shoping for a Venmom Intake manifold, does anyone know where to find them for a good price?
Thanks

I would just cross that part off your list and get one made by all metal mike (AMM) Search some threads started by bullettdsm for info on it

"t3/t4 turbo" is no longer an acceptable way to describe a snail.
Do you know how many kinds of t3/t4 turbos there are?
Things like A/R and trim do wonders for helping us help you. Those numbers need to match what you want your car to do and what the motor is able to do. Well, they dont NEED to match but let me put it this way, too big an a/r or trim and your powerband is going to be all up top, too small and you lose top end and you'll feel it for sure when the power drops off.
How much boost do you plan on running?
What are your power goals?
What compression are you going with?
How user friendly and simple do you want your tuning to be?
What is your budget?

The turbo is a .57 trim if I remember correctly(bought it a year ago)
I am hoping to run about 18 pounds.
And my power goals are as much as possible safely and street able.
My compression will be 8.6
Profec E-01 is suppose to be simple on the tuning but I will be taking it somewhere for this part. I need suggestions on tuners as well. I am from St. Louis Missouri.
Right now I have not purchased the block or head yet and have just about $5,000 to work with.

if im not mistaken, im pretty sure an sfmu set up would be ok for 18psi along with proper sized injectors and fuel pump and perhaps a way to retard timing. but the best set up for that goal would be a megasquirt. you could just run it as a piggyback so no worrying about trying to get the car running with a full stand alone. then if you wanted you could run it as a full stand alone as you become more acustomed to the MS. not too many people here realy like the emanage, for the money and tunability, a MS is waaaaay superior. my .02
