I may have mixed up my cams caps. If I had the wrong ones on would it make it impossible to turn the engine over after everything is torqued down?

They are all marked, so unless they have been painted over there shouldn't be any reason to get them mixed up. Just put them in the right spot and there won't be any problems.

Impossible? No. Difficult, and perhaps damaging? yeah. might be perfectly fine, too.. depends on how both heads were bored.

Cam caps are not universal. They are specific to the head that they were originally on.

you might get extremely lucky and they were both bored exactly the same, or they more likely might be off and bind up or are too loose and cause "floppy" cams that chew themselves up
