107448, Fuel injector and Studder

Ok i wanted to upgrade my fuel injectors for a larger size.. I dont want to go too big. I know the damage that can be done if you go too big or too little on the injector size. Im looking at 49lb injectors from accel right now. My bolt ons would include. BBP full header back exhaust. No cat. CAI intake.(Ebay Whoring)lol. Soon to have, OBX intake plenum. 57mm throttle body with a spacer.
Im having a seperate engine im building. Its bored, decked, and resurfaced. Im going down in 2 days to see how much valve jobs are. JE 8.8 pistons with eagle rods. The crank is knife edged and polished. Im taking the obx plenum and the throttle body and puting them on the other engine. I plan on turboing this engine. The old engine is going into my beater eclipse.
OK now for the studder. It only does it in the 2000-3000 rpm range...before and after that is perfectly fine. Now when its cold you tap the gas and it revs high by itself, holds there, then drops and almost stalls...i cant figure it out. My friend says the intake is leaking. The car runs way too damn well for there to be a leak. It doesnt miss or anything. Just has a slight studder. Like when you drive and u hit about 2500rpm you can feel the car pick up then slow down by itself...its crazy. But thanks for the help.

yes...lol...the reason my name is badidea is because i had a bunch of problems with my old talon that got smashed by a drunk driver. So i decided to buy another talon knowhing this one could eventually hav the same issues. Which thank god it doesnt...
