I was wondering if every spot in the fuse box under the hood shood be full, as two relay spots on mine don't have a really and I was wondering if I should put one in there as my fans don't turn on and I've replaced the Thermostat, and Radiator already, fans also come on with direct power to them

2 spots dont have relays? Thats normal. test the fan relay. then test the coolant sensors, there are 2.

Do you have A/C?
Turning on the A/C compressor triggers both fans immediately even when the motor is cold at start-up.
There was a ton of info in this thread too. http://forums.2gnt.com/dcboard.php?az=show_mesg&forum=5&topic_id=105373&mesg_id=105379&page=
