Long story short I broke my gst tranny putting it back in the car. I found a machine shop that fixed it for 125. The owner of the shop was a very cool dude. After talking to him He can do a 3 angle valve job pressure test and resurface the head for $390 It sounds good but is that a good price.
Hawaii mitsubishi sends all their work to him thats a good sign

That doesn't seem too bad at all. I paid 300 for my shop to clean the head, resurface the bottom and also the intake valve seats, vacuum test the valves, pressure test the head, and install new valve seals.

that is way to much for that work............. valve job with reassmbly 180.00-200.00, resurface depending on how much anywhere from 35.00-60.00. personally i get my valve jobs (and vacuum testing) for 145.00 and resurfacing for 42.00 and i reassemble ithem myself. thats rape if u ask me.
