Hey, where are you all buying your pieces of mandrel bent piping from? Whose got the best deal and easy/good to deal with? i am just giving up on finding someone locally that bends it(and for a decent price and driving distance), its easier to just order it and cut it myself and tack weld it into place and taking it to a muffler shop to have the welds finished.... what material is best for intercooler piping? what wont hold heat?

Yeah JC Whitneys got good prices on piping. I'm not sure but I would think the aluminum piping would handle heat just fine. If you wanted to keep the pipe cool you could just put a few coats of ceramic high temp paint on it.
