I got a bad vibration, and it does it when you start the car as well, so I assume the motor mount? Anyway to tell which one, and if its the rear, do you really have to pull the motor?

the rear can be removed without pulling the motor, but it's a BEEYOTCH! pull the intake pipe, battery and battery tray and you should have room to get to it. it's hanging off the back side of the transmission. disconnecting the shift cables and shoving them out of the way might help too, but be careful to not kink them or lose the clips that hold them to the top of the transmission or you'll never get it to shift right again without replacing the cables.

once you can see it there should be 1 bolt passing through the mount and 3 (maybe 4?) bolts holding it to the tranny.

another thing that might help to take the tension off the bolts is to put a jack under the engine/trans with a block of wood (so you don't damage the pan) and raise the whole thing just a touch

if the mount is trash get a new one, SATAN is the only supplier I've found. if it's just mush and not broken apart you can fill it with some window urethane. filling it will cause more vibration in the passenger compartment tho.
