I've found those Champions#430 CopperPlus on Adavanceauto .com for 1.49 but the stores near don't have them is this False advertisement.

I just bought NGK's BKR6ES-11's what the difence btween thse and the BKR5ES11's.

I own a NT w/CAI should gap theBkr6 11 what the Ideal gap for these on the NT Dsm

the BKR6ES-11 is one heat range colder, good for turbo or lots of highway driving. they are pre gapped at 1.1mm or .44in

for grounding, just replace all your factory grounds with some better quality 4ga wire, if you really want to go all out, run everything to the ground connection by the battery. I used monster cable cause I was working at a stereo shop at the time.

there are several grounds, the major being the battery and starter. other places you can ground is the alternator BIG difference there. there's a ground on the intake manifold at the throttle cable bracket. I'm gonna try running the coil ground straight to the battery and see if that helps, I've heard of it making a difference on other distributorless ignitions

Edit: I'm pretty sure I have the BKR6es in my car now and I'm NA still, I think it's the BKR7es that the turbo guys run. tell me if I'm wrong guys.

Huh? BKR6ES-11 are pre gap to .44 so I can just put them in without gapping them and call it a day.

Counterperson at Advance told me these are Not Pre-Gap

I also have Accel 8mm wires can I reuse them They still good but its been awhile since I changed my plugs. Ho long do the Accel 8mm wires last. I like them alot but MSD 8.5mm are cheaper theyre listed at autozone.com for 48.98 Accels are 50 at Advance.

Go with NGK. Can't go wrong with it... Gap to stock specification

What do you mean by the notation-11 Well if thse BKR6ES-11 are already gap to .44 would hurt if Keep like they are straight from the box.44 and install them.

I've read that another owner gap his below stock gap specs.

Just wondering if I could and also how long due Accel 8mm wires last?

It says its a the standard plug, why it says gap .05s-11

Does this mean they are pre gap to .05 or .44

If someone could answer this I think it'll clear up this plug gapping debate

Oppps. Senior moment. 6e-11 will be fine for your NA application.

Buy a spark plug gap tool and figure it out for yourself if they are .44 or .50.

They are about .99

Use high count 4ga. copper wire for your grounding, buy a bag of those end-ring connectors, oppen your hood and get on it. I used DR1665 picture from his old ground wire kit to do mine. I'll try to fish it up and post it on there ASAP.

EDIT 2: I took a minute and added a quick write up for the Wiki, I put it under "Safety" because I didn't think any of the other places would be adecuate.
