I just installed my 2 and 3 piston and it spins freely but it's making a scrapping sound. Is this normal??

No.

Did you replace OEM with new OEM parts while the engine was in the car or something? Why didn't you replace all four pistons? Using new rings? Using new bearings? Did you keep your connecting rod end caps matched up with the rods they came off?

je .040 over with total seal rings, callies stroker, eagle h beams, all new bearings. everything is new in the bottom end. I was just turning it over after those two to see how it felt and it didn't sound right. And yes the caps match up with the rods.

so heres the deal, I don't really know if it's supposed to be like this or not. My JE pistons came with a "rail support" for the bottom groove. My total seals came with two regular rings for the top and bottom of the groove and the wavey ring for in between them. Should I use the rail support that JE gave me or not.

Did you have the journals turned for oversized bearings at all? I would pick up some plastigauge at any automotive store and check the tolerances on your rod bearings. If you do that, you'll know your bearings are okay.

As for the rings, I'm the wrong guy to ask about that. The one thing I can tell you for sure is that, whichever set you go with, the kit should have come with all the pieces you need.

Heck. Look at the image on the Total Seal home page. Looks like there's an oil spacer with their rings too.

Did you notch the block to clearance the rods???

If you don't use the oil rail support, you're going to burn oil like no one's business. Yes, use it.

The scraping noise is new rings on honed piston walls. What did you expect it to sound like?

my rods aren't hitting when I rotate the crank.
