Today a couple of my friends and I were working on my car taking off the header and the whole exhaust off. It was a bitch to take the last rusted ass bolt from the heat shield but the others came off pretty quick. And WOW the ehaust was just a pain to take off we had to saw through it to get it off because the bolts were so rusted. Anyway, when we got the exhaust off we forgot about the sensor on the exhaust so now its broke. I have NO idea what to do. Is there a way to get a new one? or what should I do? Also, the header doesn't line up exactly at the block where the 4 bolts go in at the bottom. So I think we have to drill im not sure, but what could help with that?

I don't know exactly what it's called but it's NOT the one on the header. It's the one closest to the first cat. (if that makes any sence?)

When I finally got the exhaust off I was so frustrated that I forgot about the sensor so I just pulled the exhaust off from under the car and ripped it off.

It's the rear O2. Buy a new one.

Yep I agree time to pull out sum cabbage and buy a new one. www.OxygenSensors.com is a good source I bought the denso one and have not had a problem since. Just remember that the clip is locate behind the passenger seat under the carpet. Not hard just bothersum to get too but other then that you should be good with a crescent wrench and hand tools.
