i have been searching for rods and i don know whats the difference. the "H" beam or the "I" beam. what would be the best choice and whats the difference

H-beam is what you want, but I-beam is still going to be an improvement over stock. If you're going to boost the engine after it's built, you should go with the H-beams. No need to find 600hp+ pistons and rods, as the number of boosted 2GNTs actually making that kind of power is slim. Go with the usual recipe and focus on tuning for power.

An I beam rod is designed to be a more suitable factory replacement and does not have the same durability as an H beam rod. In terms of eagle rods the I beam are made with steel while the H beam rods are formed from a two piece forging. The two piece forging makes the H beam rods much more durable than the I beam rods and more suitable for higher levels of boost.
