One of my friends at a local forum has a turboed 420a neon. I far as I know he has forged internals and possibly a upgraded fuel system. I'm going to talk to him so I can get more info on what the setup is so possibly my boys here at 2gnt.com can help.
He only has a video of it not starting up while trying to crank it up. This is the link.

Doesnt sound like there is any compression to me...
Wonder if his timing is 180* out :shrug
