1033, Arospeed front mount intake Posted by eklipsman, Apr-23-01 10:46 AM I was just wondering if anyone has or has tried the arospeed front mount intake. It looks pretty cool. If you have tried it, is there a problem with water getting to the filter or does the plastic shield keep out all the water? | |

1043, RE: Arospeed front mount intake Posted by Stan2gnt, Apr-24-01 03:58 PM Well I've actually heard a few people WHO HAVE IT say it works better than the cold air systems they replaced with the plastic sheild removed. The plastic sheild is suppose to be put on during bad weather and taken off when dry. Witht he sheild in place there are slits on the top and bottom of the box. If you submerge it past the top slits you will still get water damage. Still to ricey and pricey for me. | |
