I've searched for this issue and couldn't find an exact fix. The problem I'm having is that the car will idle like it's running on 3 cylinders when cold. After it's warmed up for awhile, it will run fine. Here's some of the things I've changed so far: plugs(no help), wires(helped for a day), coil(no help), coolant temp sensor(worked for a day. When the car is cold, when I romp on the gas, the tach will drop, the dash lights will pop on for half a second, rpms will go up to around 3k, then will drop and the car will cut off. I did a compression test around 3 weeks ago and it came out fine(200+ all cyl.) eventhough I have oil in coolant. I did notice that my a/f gauge stays pretty deep in the rich range for a good while when it is acting up. The car is/seems to be smoking but it's kinda hard to tell what it is since it's cold outside. Oh, no CEL codes either.

Blown headgasket, no question about it. Oil and Water can mix without ever breaking into the combustion chamber.

O2 again, coupled with blown HG.
You got lots of issues dude :)

IAC, maybe EGR system, 02 sensor, or coolant temp sensors. I was thinking O2 but the a/f gauge does change when driving and I checked the voltage with a meter. I cleaned the EGR the best I could. Coolant temp sensor was changed yesterday. Haven't checked the IAC yet.

Car is idling, step on and off gas, tach drops to about 300, dash lights flicker on/off(like it's going to cut off), rpms go up to around 3k, rpms come back down and the car dies.

You got lots of issues dude :) Can't be THAT many issues at once. Probably time for a rebuild anyway with the amount of miles on it.
