ok i faild going throug inspection.oxygen sensor heater status = not ready.code present p0140.
i know its talking bbout my rear o2 sensor. when i look up the code it says that the sensor stays in the center...
i have a brand new sensor im gonna put in but where do i run the wiring harness for it?
also, will a hollowed out CAT cause the o2 sensor to give that readout? or is it just a bad sensor?

Yes, a hollow converter will throw that code for the sensor. Put a good converter on it and you should be okay. If the sensor is actually fucked up, the harness plugs right in...

Is that thing hollow?
To the OP, I would recommend just getting a cheap universal converter, possibly locally or www.summitracing.com carries universal Catco converters, putting that on and when inspection is done, putting your hollow one back in if you really wanted to...

+1. To the OP, don't know if has been said already, but the rear o2 is to make sure the cat is working, when there is a hollowed out cat, it ain't working :). Good luck.
