I have a 96 rs with a fully built motor with a star stage 2 turbo kit ,with the port fueler system.I wanted to know what i should adjust my cam gears to.I have crane cam cams and gears.Thanks

Do it the right way, bring your car to a dyno and let them do the tuning before you fuck something up possibly. You would be real pissed off then I bet.

Bringing it to a dyno shop to let the operator do it for you isn't neccessarily the "right way". :wtf
Cam gears may help some, depending on what you're trying to accomplish. It's not hard, just install them and make small adjustments until you find a setting that you're happy with. You're not going to fuck anything up... just find out where the interference points are and stay away from them.
Don't expect a big difference on a mild setup... cam gears allow you to do some fine tuning, but really are not neccessary.
What cams are you using?

Most ppl dont even know what interference points are. You can get a feel for different changes in the timing with adjusting them yourself, but only on a dyno will it tell you whats the best setting IMO.

I had it dyno tuned when i had the motor built before i got the turbo and i sold the car to my sister and she couldn't get it to pass emissons so they had it changed.It's retared like 7 deg. on the exhaust and stock on the intake or vise versa.I just wanted to see what everyone else is at.

It will be different from car to car, set-up to set-up. As said previously, the only way to adjust for fine tuning on the cam gears is dyno. It will be hard to see the differences on the butt dyno.
Just as an aside you said 7 degrees I believe. As I recollect, that is almost a tooth. I believe a tooth is approximately 8 degrees.
