i posted this question somewhere else and nobody really helped me, i have been reading but havent found a really clear answer, im going with the 20g after i rebuild my engine, and im planning on running atleast 315 whp, but my question is, to achive this much hp do i need a portfueler, or a MSnS? of is the sfmu enough, ill also get the bigger injector and fuel pump.

You can achieve that goal with all 3 of the options you listed. They are all different in their own way and you need to research your goals and the amount of time you want to spend tuning and fiddling with the car.
A simple search for Portfueler, Megasquirt, and SFMU will give you insight in what is involved with hooking up, maintiaining, and tuning with each of those.
