I've read that you can use a jeep cherokee throttle body for a throttle body upgrade. Will this work? would i have to do a lot of modification to it?

You do have to do some modification to the jeep tb, but it's not all that difficult. I had mine back on the car and running in a couple of hours. On a side note if you have a venom intake manifold it's a lot harder to make it work, as the IAC on the jeep tb hits the firewall. Here's a link to a write up on the conversion.
