Is the other side blocked ? If not you got 3 holes ??? Its electrical one so why I would need 3 ?
Ill try to check local if they have one!

Some aftermarket applications use the fuel rail test port as a place to hook up a bleed line that returns excess fuel to the tank (thus controlling fuel pressure).
You can just cap off the top port and it would then be available in the future as a standard test port while your electrical gauge can remain hooked to the side fitting.

Or, if your not running a return line that the above mentioned fitting would be used for you can run on of these:
-4 AN female to 1/4 NPT female
hook the -4 AN side to the test port with the valve out and the electric sender into the 1/4 NPT...pretty straight forward...

I want to use the test port (the one with a valve). Ive removed the valve and the tread is male. Ill need 1/4 Female to 1/8 female since my gauge is 1/8 male.

Its not 1/4! Thats what people are trying to tell you... It is an AN fitting. Read the above link to learn about the differences.

Ill need a 4an female to 4an female and after another fitting with 4an male to 1/8npt female.
At least it should work
