did comp test 180 across all 4, pulled header, and saw this..
is this the cause of my blue smoke and failing smog?

yea that right there would be bad valve seals.....blue smoke = burning oil bad valve seals will cause oil to get inside the head and burn.

I second that notion, check those valve seals. If you've got the money you might as well service the head and have a mild pocket porting done for shits and giggles.

I have a spare ported head and intake manifold I will sell you :)
I will even throw in some OEM valves, seals, and everything else except for some cams...PM me if interested.
