I have a 97 Eclipse non-turbo auto. My dream is to convert this to a turbo. Is it possible? If so, how much? What will be needed? I don't want a 500HP monster but 200-250hp wold be nice!

yes its possible
if your looking to do it the right right way its gonna be pricey
easy way out... sell it and but a gst/gsx

Yes you can turbo it, read around here. You happened to join the best online source for the 420a, the information is all here to about 95% of your questions.
