Does any one know if an srt4 swap even possibe into an g2 eclipse? and will it bolt to the NV-T350 trans?:shrug

Basically, it comes down to it's not worth even attempting because of the fabrication needed to get something like that working. Just turbo your 420a and that should be more than enough.

Look at a pic of the two engine bays and you tell me. The orientation is different, the harness is completely different, so it is not feasible. You could buy and SRT-4 for the money it would cost to do this swap.

Read in the advanced tuning section about the 2.4L swaps. It's not really an srt-4 swap but it's going to be as close as you can get. And it's not by any means simple.

well i do like to spend countless hours in the garage away from my wife. Plus i like the challange. I guess thats why i bought an eclipse because ive been working on it constantly since i bought it in march

Then go ahead and feed the addiction :) Get a 2.4 block (either built or do it yourself) and have some fun. All the information you need to do it is here on the board. Do some reading!
