I do not think you are going to ever find any evidence to support one or the other on that. And yes it will physically bolt to the NV-T350. The same motor mount and oil pan considerations are present if you want to attach it properly.
Additionally bolting the 2GNT head to the SRT or later 2.4 N/A blocks presents the issue of an oil drain hole revision.
