So are you and your car ready for the shootout? My car is not even close (duh, it doesn't run) but I'm ready for the shootout now. Car is close to being running again with the new mod being the 3.55 trans.

Working on it. Trying not to drive the car too much to decrease the chances of breaking stuff and causing me not to go.

I did most of it (I got a new bolt). Technically the only thing that needs to be done is to replace the exhaust manifold gasket. Everything trans related is already put back in.

All things being what they should, be, it'll be ready for the SO, or actually about 1 month before, although there is ALOT of work to be done between now and then including full tranny, block and head rebuild/upgrade/machine work. But it'll get done.

Dino, any chance of yours being back up and running by August 14?

Thura, let us all know when it's back up and going. It's always nice to hear of people getting their cars back on the road as opposed to having them go off the road for a year+.

Ready to go, but not optimized. I have a boost leak somewhere, holding me at 15psi, coolant leak, slipping clutch, and severe fuel issues. Should all be fixed in the next couple weeks though.



Reverse El-Glo HVAC Panels Update: Specs received
Expected Release Date: May 14th

Once my suspension is back together all systems will be go...I'll even have working windows this year...Jus need to order up my bolts and a few suspension bushings....swap in my new struts and springs, install some door panels, and clean her up a lil....hopefully i can get teh front painted too.

I'm waiting for my head to come back from ERT here in a couple weeks.
Considering my newfound lack of bills, I can pretty much say I'll be ready for sure. I aim to have her 90% or more by the end of June and then get about 3 weeks of serious practice in after I finish her off first paycheck in July. Uber and I are more than likely hitting the road the Monday before the SO. We'll post up our official route here soon. See you guys then!

Sure I am ready. Why not. Getting the motor mount fixed right now. I am quite sure my car will break either on the way up, or on the way back, but I am ready.

Motorwise i will be done in 2 weeks. I have to re do my suspension and I am good to go.

Well, actually I don't think I am going to be able to go. There is a hockey tournament in Vegas in September and I will not have enough money to do both.

If I had to choose between Hockey in Vegas, or car meet in Ohio... I would have to choose Vegas.

Sorry fellas, maybe if I come into some money I can go, but right now it looks like I am out.

Ok I'm getting more and more ready as time goes by. Tranny comes back from Shepherd tomorrow and parts have started arriving for the engine. It looks promising at this point.
