Ok guys. What route do you take from the western side of the state? I would like to meet up this year and head down with you guys. I took that friday off this year so I don't miss out. And I think the Caravan would be footage for the Shootout video! Let's get this figured out. I'm going to start a thread on xceedspeed.com also because I know a lot of people from there are going also.

we'll probably drive over that way and he'll jump in with us on our way ;)

yeah...I think we are meeting the Chicago crew in Toledo...so we might take 96 to 274 to 74...IMO that's about the best way...but I don't really care...just let me know when we are meeting up and I'll follow along :thumbsup

Hmm..well, we will prob leave GR and go out 96, to 23 South into Toledo. So Derek, you can meet up with us either in Brighton, or Ann Arbor, or whever you want really...Brighton may be the best, since its not too far from Detroit, and also its right at the 23 interchange. I'm going to work with JasonESI-T to figure out when all of the crew from the West is coming in, so we can try and all meet up in Toledo around the same time..er thats the plan anyway :) We will be leaving GR on Friday, prob around noon..its not set in stone yet though..the sooner the better though

hey, i dont have a 2g or an NT for that matter, but i'm from kalamazoo, and i was wondering if you guys wanted to meet up with the kalamazoo area guys. there'll be a few of us, 4-5 confirmed, most likely more. we have a thread going on www.dsmtalk.com titled western michigan university in the events, get-togethers, and cruise spots section, and another one in the dsm shootout2004 titled michigan caravan(coincidense?). it'd be great to have a huge caravan of DSMs to represent michigan all rolling in at once. we should also get as many people with those 2way radios and all get on the same channel to organize the whole group, and also to let somebody know when you're going to go up front or something, to minimize the chances of somebody getting hit.

Well K zoo is not really on the way for us, unless you guys wanted to meet up here in GR. Our route is taking 96 East, to 23 South at Brighton. So its up to you guys. coming up to GR is sort of backtracking, but not that bad really..OR, you guys can take 94 East to Ann Arbor, and we can meet up there in Ann Arbor, and then off to Toledo for the rest of the caravan meetup from the guys out West...

OR..haha...Us GR guys can come down 131 S, and meet up, and then head out 94 to 23S...hell I dont know :)

Sweet, Ann Arbor sounds good...Once we figure all this out, i'll fill ya in on what time to meet up..Oh yeah, we will have plenty of video haha
