I can also comment on their slow shipping and poor customer service. I DID receive my EGR Blockoff, it was in the shape/condition I expected, so the issue was finally resolved. My issue was a very slow turn around and no responses to the 3 emails I sent. Evidentally they offer products found nowhere else on the internets and can afford poor customer service, hmmm??
