I ordered a clutch from him a while ago. It got here at a reasonable time but it ended up being the wrong one and we went through hell and back with the company I got it from, Pro Clutch. Since Pro Clutch was being gay he got in touch with another place ASAP and got the clutch out to me the next morning. A very cool guy and was very understanding about it and answered all my questions. I know a lot of you have bought from him already but I just thought I'd throw this post in as a satisfied customer. I'll probably be hitting him up in the future for a rebuild. Thanks Bill :thumbsup.

same thing happened to me. took a while to get the wrong clutch, but after we both figured out it was the wrong one i got a very good replacement clutch very quickly. thanks bill.
