I'm guessing that english is not your first. So I am having trouble understanding. Let me try to say it for you;
When the car is cold, you hear a grinding noise coming from the transmission. When you push in the clutch, it goes away. Is that correct? Also, when it warms up does it go away?

Yes, noise goes away.
Do you know how to repair the transmission?

Probably your throw out bearing making the noise. Mine and many others do that too. It should still work fine, the only reason to replace it would be to get rid of the noise.

Agreed. Most likely TOB noise. Usually not something to worry about. As long as the tranny is working correctly, I wouldn't worry about it.

What kind off bearings should I replace?
Could you advice where I can buy rebuild kit for my transmission. Thank you.

God I hate or TOB's, mine sounds horrible. Especially on the freeway when I go over 50mph. I can't justify replacing it just for a noise though lol.
