whats up guys, next week ill be ordering a SBC from andy and im just curious what all i will need for the install? Tools of course, but are there any gaskets or seals i should go pick up?

rear main, if you haven't replaced it in a while. Might as well tackle it since the tranny will be down. As for the clutch, no seals, gaskets are required.

If it is non-modular, a clutch disk alignment tool would be good. Maybe a quart of trans fluid to replace whatever runs out when you pop the axles out.

thanks guys, ill look into the rear main. Right now im struggling getting the exhaust bolts off. their so rusted their not even in the shape of a bolt anymore. it is HORRIBLE. ha i have a feeling this car is going to be on jack stands for awhile!
