Had that problem. Never cracked open the case but there was alot of wear on my shift fork and my throw out bearing was hosed. SHe'd pop out of whatever gear she felt like. Syncros might be bad.

usually when the T350 pops out of gear, the dog teeth on the slider and / or speed gear are worn.
