i got my parts to do the atx to mtx conversion . With all the parts was a bag with these bolts . what are they for ?

I'm going to guess that the 5 nuts are going to be for mounting the clutch master cylinder since it has some studs on it. The pin is for the clutch pedal. The three bolts next to each other will probably hold things like the brake fluid reservoir on the dash.
When the time comes, you will know where they go. Doing the 5 speed conversion without a parts car is like putting together a puzzle without know what the final picture looks like.

If ayone has pics of the locations and everything bolted up everything would be so easy . anyone ?

I can tell you where a lot of stuff bolts up, but I do not have all the pictures.

If you've already got the trans in and clutch slave cylinder mounted yadda yadda yadda, I'm guessing those are the bolts that hold the shifter assembly down (inside the car) and possibly the clutch pedal as well.
I'm almost positive thats how it went, I bought my MTX off Terry here and he included a baggy with pretty much the same exact set of bolts and I used almost all of them inside the car.
Just start on the outside and work your way in, its not too difficult to figure out once you get the pieces in place, just use process of elimination.
