Every once in a while my car will die when im coming to a stop.It doesnt jerk or anything like i stalled it the engine just turns off and the oil light comes on.It does this about once every other day.What is making it do this?

wrong section bud, but mine used to do it too...doesnt anymore. Maybe change the fuel filter, regap or replace your sparkplugs, new sparkplug wires and get some fuel injector cleaner. that should take care of it.

buuuuuuuut sometimes changing the plug wires wont do it. my friend had the same problem. he changed the wires and the problem went away but it came back again after a few weeks. but you can still do what^^^^^^said.:thumbsup

also look into a new fuel pump possibly.

how does it idle?

If it has an erratic idle then get a tb cleaner and clean your tb. It will clean your IAC valve at the same time. It'll most probably fix it.

samething happened to me, the car would not sustain idle. It would die everytime I come to a stop. I did the same thing and it was all better after that.

p.s. I'd recommend you doing it anyways, cuz it helps in throttle response and the idle get smoother.

mine was doing that for a while......finially i realized it was the computer in the car.....when i replaced thjat no other problems were evident......hope this helps...peaceee....
