When changeing the clutch do I also change the rear main seal?

If your car has a lot of miles, go ahead and do it.
If not, and it's not leaking or seeping, I'd leave it alone.

What he said. I went ahead and did it, there was sludge in the bellhousing, and while the tranny was pulled, I went ahead and changed the seal.
