After searching and talking to several people I decided to get Clutchmasters Stage 4 Clutch Kit.

My question is should I get the 6 puck or the 4 puck? I understand that the 4 puck is more aggressive but not sure how. This car is my daily driver and I also plan on taking to the strip from time to time.

I have been finding the 4 puck online several places on sale and wanted to get a feel if I am making the right decision or just pay more and get the 6 puck?

Any comments?

friction material, surface area of friction material, hub design, and pressure plate design are all factors when labeling a clutch as more or less aggressive.

If your mind is made up then go with one. Personally i would go spec but that is my preference. Post your results in about a few months for the next guy.

I was just informed that when you go with a 4 or 6 puck clutch they tend to chatter and are extremely aggressive. This is my daily driver!

Many people have daily driven on a CM stage 4. AFAIK, all the stage CM 4's are 4 puck.

Its not like it makes the pedal weigh 120lbs or turns your Eclipse into a Mac truck or anything. Get the 4 puck and move on.
