4756, New clutch issues

Just got a new Spec stage 1 clutch kit professionally installed. Brand new throwout bearing, fork and ball, flywheel, and tranny fluid. A few problems I'm having since the install:

<1> Car grumbles at idle. When I'm not moving, I can feel the car shake slightly. Goes away while driving.

<2> Throwout bearing noise is still there. When I start my car in the morning, I can hear the throwout yapping. It goes away when I push the clutch pedal in. I use to hear this in neutral to second gear. So far, it's just when I start the car up.

Is this normal for the throwout sound when installing a new clutch? What could be the cause of this shaking issue? Please help.

1. Could just be a rough idle from an ECU reset - you have to remove the battery to get the trans out. may clear up in a few days.

2. Those "professionals" probably didn't get the TOB seated correctly in the fork. Don't worry about it.

I have the exact same problem after a new clutch install then shortly after i was blowing away a caviler and hit 2nd instead of 4th and well uhh you can guess from there only burped the clutch but it was screwy from then on hard to get into gears . thoughtit had jumped time but the motor is too smooth except forthe same shaking he is talking about and the same chatter that stops and starts by working the pedal

The shaking is still there. I noticed that the whole engine is shaking when I'm stopped. I don't know why this would occur since it was just the tranny that was removed. Would this most likely be a mounting problem or lose bolt?

Also, I can now hear a quiet rattling sound coming from the intake manifold area. Any ideas?
