I've gone through 3 trannys and i still have the same goddamn problem.

I think i've found the culprit though.

I have a spec stage 2 clutch. The part on the clutch disk that is splined and rides on the input shaft has quite a bit of play back and forth (motor to trans). I've asked a bunch of people if thats a bad thing (on the stock clutch this piece is pretty solid on the clutch disk). Keep in mind i am NOT talking about the entire clutch disk. just the part that rides on the input shaft. its surrounded by some cheap plastic shit, whereas on the stock clutch its all metal.

Input?? The problem: it shakes/shudders/sounds like shit while taking off and from around 1500 to 2200 rpm usually. it all depends though, sometimes it goes higher.

Also, should i continue to drive it? it drives just fine except for sounding like shit.

that def does not sound good. Your saying the hub in the clutch disk has a lot of play within the disk. The springs of the hub should keep it very tight.

yeah, can we say piece of shit spec?? i'm just gonna drive on it until it blows itself or something else up, or until i get the 800 for a cm stg3. i'd rather turbo it first though :thumbsup

The stage 3 and the stage 4 are the same price.,. just buy the stage 4.
