Hey!
I am working on a friends car here and before i go furthur i would like to ask you guys a question.

She has a noise from the tranny in neutral. I use my stethascope (sp) and i can pinpoint the noise from the rear of the tranny. Its a weird noise doesnt sound much like a bearing but not saying it could be. This noise seems to kick in at about 2k rpm.

my question is there a common concern of somthing internal/external around there that comes loose ect... i searched a couldnt find anything.
