on wednesday night(8/11/04), thursday and friday i'll be installing my pt cruiser clutch. this is the first time i'll be doing this so i'm kinda clueless. the rear main seal would be good to replace correct? is there anything else worth changing while the tranny is down? thanks. :thumbsup

Nah, just the clutch. Not much doing inside the bellhousing other than the clutch.

i just think i should do the rear main seal because i think i'm leaking oil from there. i did my headgasket in october, and i just resealed my valve cover with a new gasket and a new cam position sensor gasket and i'm still leaking oil all over the tranny.

If that's the case then do it ... never good to be leaking oil.
