HI, I have a question. wanna see if you guys have the same problem. When I step in and engage the clutch, the mechanical parts inside cause a small ticking noise........ is that normal? I didn't notice it before... but, today, suddenly feel the presence.....
Do you guys have the same problem? is that a natural sounds? If not, any ways to fix it? just wanna make sure! thanks!!!!

Hey....
I have a similiar problem, but its rare that I hear that ping when I shift...sometimes it only happens at low rpms (around 1500 - 2000 rpms)....sometimes accompanied by a backfire! :shrug
I wish I could help you with the techinical aspect, but I just wanted to let you know your not alone...my mechanic said that our cars were known for being noisy at certain times, but it didnt necessarily mean anything...
Good luck, and if it doesn't break...then ignore it or you'll jinx it lol...

Well, I changed the coil pack on my car back to stock, because the MSD one went bad, and the backfire/hesitation went away, and the car runs smoother at higher rpms as well. Guess my mechanic was wrong about that lol...
