Its rumored that some 95's came with non modular,but I have yet to see one..MOst, if not all are modular...

And just one more time in case you are still not sure .... all 96+ eclipses are modular like he ^^^ said. The difference is very simple and easy to see. Either the flywheel will have starter teeth or it won't. Since your a 99 - you won't :thumbsup
