yup.. mine went out after boosting at 10lbs... took about 5 months though till major slippage.

true.
believe it or not, my stock clutch somehow handled 15 psi on a good day (dry and cool out). i never actually toasted it completely, it somehow didn't ever die. i guess it's the Factory Freak clutch. 25k+ turbocharged miles (about 15k at 12+ psi), you tell me...
