I've read that the Neon SRT-4 tranny is strong as hell and have pretty much came to the conclusion that it isn't swappable onto our engines, but... are the internals swappables (IE: Gears, Differential, etc.)? Any info would be appreciated.

Well, yeah, the NV-T850 will bolt right up to the 2.4L...

It will bolt up, but there are no guarantees that it will bolt to the motor mount brackets or anything. And the parts from the 850 won't fit in a 350 case. The 850 (SRT-4) transmission is big.

If anyone here with an SRT-4 could get a few pictures of the tranny mounts, it would be greatly appreciated. Battery would need to be out of the way, so next time that you are working on the car, just snap a few. Mmmkay? I have a nifty idea for a 2GNT. Namely, mine.
